Intramco group was founded in 1994, located in the Netherlands with a small production facility in Almere. The company was focused on developing innovative and high-quality products for the automotive industry. The team managed to grow the company steadily, resulting in the need for a larger factory

In 2009, a new facility was created in Shanghai, called Consolida, to emphasize that there is a clear distinction between production, quality control and logistics and the commercial operations of the company. It also underscores that Intramco has a clear vision towards an e-Mobility future. This resulted in the introduction of numerous products such as AC and DC charging cables and (customized) components for EV charging stations.

In 2014, a new phase started with the development of EV charging products. Together with several start-up companies, some of which turned into global brands, Intramco introduced EV charging cables and components for charging stations.

With the opening of our second factory in Europe in 2023, Intramco will further strengthen its production capacities to help our customers achieve their growth ambitions.

Amsterdam is the newest location where Intramco has established its presence. This beautiful office facilitates our European growth ambitions for the upcoming decade.

In order to further Intramco’s growth ambitions not only in Europe but also in Asia, we have opened a new sales office in Shanghai. Here, a team of experienced sales managers is working on further developing the E-Mobility market.
